Younbla Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase (the “Terms”) govern your purchase of fitness apparel (including but not limited to leggings, sports bras, workout tops, and jackets) from Younbla’s official website (Younbla.com) (the “Platform”). By placing an order on the Platform, you (the “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy (all available on the Platform). Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Placement & Confirmation

1.1 Order Submission

When you place an order on the Platform, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected fitness apparel at the listed price (in United States Dollars, USD—see Section 3 for currency details). All product descriptions, images, and prices on the Platform are for informational purposes only and are subject to change without prior notice, but we will honor the price displayed at the time you submit your order (provided the product is in stock).

1.2 Order Confirmation

After submitting your order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order (the “Order Acknowledgment”). This email does not constitute acceptance of your order—acceptance occurs only when we send a second email (the “Shipping Confirmation”) notifying you that your order has been shipped. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Insufficient inventory for the selected product(s).
  • Errors in product pricing or description (e.g., typos, incorrect discounts).
  • Suspected fraudulent activity (e.g., unauthorized payment methods, fake shipping addresses).

If we cancel your order after you have made payment, we will issue a full refund in accordance with Section 6 (Refund Processing).

2. Order Processing & Delivery

2.1 Order Processing Time

We will process your order within 1–3 business days of receiving your payment (excluding weekends, public holidays, and peak shopping periods such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday). During peak periods, processing time may be extended by 1–2 days, and we will notify you via email of any delays.

2.2 Delivery Timeline

Regardless of your shipping destination (domestic or international), we will deliver your order within 6–12 calendar days from the date of the Shipping Confirmation. This timeline includes transit time and accounts for standard customs clearance (for international orders). Please note that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, customs delays beyond our control, or remote delivery locations) may extend the delivery period by 1–3 days—we will notify you promptly if such delays occur.

2.3 Shipping Costs

Younbla offers global free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order subtotal required. This includes domestic (United States) and international shipments, and no additional shipping fees (e.g., remote area surcharges, handling fees) will be added to your order. 3. Currency & Payment

3.1 Currency

All prices displayed on the Platform, as well as all payments, refunds, and transactions related to your purchase, are processed exclusively in United States Dollars (USD). We do not offer currency conversion services, and any currency conversion fees (e.g., from your bank or credit card issuer) will be your sole responsibility.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for orders on the Platform:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
  • Debit cards linked to a checking or savings account.
  • PayPal (for secure, third-party payment processing).

All payments are processed through encrypted payment gateways to protect your financial information. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method and that sufficient funds are available to cover the order total.

3.3 Payment Authorization

When you submit your order, we will place a temporary hold on your payment method for the order total to verify funds. This hold will be converted to a charge once your order is shipped (per the Shipping Confirmation). If your order is canceled (per Section 1.2), the hold will be released within 1–3 business days (timing may vary by your payment provider).

4. Product Availability & Returns

4.1 Product Availability

All products on the Platform are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you via email within 2 business days and offer you the choice of:

  • Waiting for the product to be restocked (with an estimated restock date provided).
  • Selecting an alternative product of equal or lesser value (with a price adjustment if applicable).
  • Canceling the out-of-stock item(s) and receiving a full refund for those items.

4.2 Return Eligibility & Period

You may return any unused, undamaged fitness apparel for a full refund or exchange within 60 calendar days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition (no signs of wear, stains, or alterations).
  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories (e.g., size labels, dust bags).
  • Not be a customized or personalized product (unless the customization contains a mistake made by Younbla).

Final sale items (marked as “Final Sale” on the product page) are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless required by applicable local law.

4.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Younbla account and navigate to “Order History.”
  2. Select the order containing the product(s) you wish to return and click “Request Return.”
  3. Provide details of the return (e.g., reason for return, whether you want a refund or exchange) and submit the request.
  4. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email (free of charge, as part of our global free shipping policy).
  5. Package the product(s) securely and attach the return label to the package.
  6. Ship the package within 7 calendar days of receiving the return label—we recommend using a trackable shipping service to monitor delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product (within 3–5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will confirm eligibility and proceed with your requested refund or exchange.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, follow the return process outlined in Section 4.3 and select “Exchange” when submitting your return request. We will ship the replacement product to you free of charge (as part of global free shipping) once we confirm the returned product is eligible.

If the replacement product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a full refund or the option to wait for restocking (with an estimated date provided).

6. Refund Processing

6.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued for:

  • Eligible returns (per Section 4.2).
  • Canceled orders (per Section 1.2).
  • Out-of-stock items (per Section 4.1, if you choose a refund).
  • Damaged or defective products (received in a damaged condition or with manufacturing defects—we may request photos of the damage to verify).

6.2 Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved (e.g., after we inspect a returned product or cancel an order), we will process the refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary by your payment provider:

  • Credit/debit cards: 3–7 business days (depending on the card issuer).
  • PayPal: 1–3 business days.
  • Bank transfers: 3–5 business days (depending on your bank).

No additional fees will be deducted from your refund (except for any applicable customs duties or taxes paid on international orders, which are non-refundable and the responsibility of the Customer).

7. Product Care & Warranty

7.1 Product Care

To maintain the quality of your Younbla fitness apparel (e.g., moisture-wicking properties, stretch, and print durability), we recommend following the care instructions provided on the product tag. Improper care (e.g., washing in hot water, using bleach, or tumble drying on high heat) may damage the product and invalidate any warranty claims.

7.2 Limited Warranty

We offer a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., loose stitching, broken zippers, faulty elastic) for all fitness apparel. If you discover a defect within 30 days of delivery, contact us at [email protected] with photos of the defect and your order details—we will offer a free replacement or full refund, at your option.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage (e.g., tears from sharp objects).

8. Limitation of Liability

Younbla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our fitness apparel, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of use of the product.
  • Inconvenience caused by delivery delays (except as provided in Section 2.2).
  • Costs associated with returning or exchanging products (we cover return shipping via prepaid labels).

Our total liability to you for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product(s) in question. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or strict liability.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Platform. We will notify registered Customers of material changes (e.g., adjustments to return periods, payment methods, or delivery timelines) via email or a pop-up notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and Younbla. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration awards are final and binding on both parties.
